[Photos] Old Machine Guns From Indonesian Independence Era – Bogor Perjuangan Museum

Bogor was once also one of the city where the fierce fighting between Indonesian’s freedom fighters and Dutch troops happened during the war of Indonesia Independence. Bloody battle occurred in many places around area which is now Bogor City/Regency.

Some of the evidence of the fight can be seen on Museum Perjuangan, Bogor which is located in Merdeka Street.

The below pictures are taken few years back from the museum showing several old machine guns, other rifles or arms which were used by Indonesian fighters during the war. Several of them were confiscated from Japan or Dutch troops.
